Dental Savers Plan
As healthcare costs continue to rise dramatically, many families are struggling to afford quality dental care. Employers are dropping dental benefits from corporate healthcare plans, and self-employed small business owners find it challenging to access affordable dental insurance.
That’s why Moorehead Dentistry is offering a unique solution for those without dental insurance—the Dental Savers Plan. This comprehensive plan is designed to provide families and individuals with a wide range of affordable, preventative dental services and discounts on additional services for one annual price. The dental discount plan is available at our Blue Ash, Batavia, and Lebanon dental offices and is valid at all our locations.
For those without dental insurance, our dental discount plan can save families more than $300 per year on routine cleanings, X-rays, and checkups. Plan benefits include no annual maximums or deductibles, no insurance paperwork, no waiting periods or pre-existing exclusions, and no pre-authorizations. Please note—all family members in the plan must live in the same household.

Terms and Conditions
• All family members must live in the same household.
• This is a dental discount plan, not dental insurance, and cannot be combined with any other insurance plan.
• Membership dues are non-refundable and must be paid in full before enrollment begins.
• If payment is required, it is due in full at the time of service.
• Yearly membership fees cannot be financed with CareCredit®.
• The plan's effective date is the day you enroll, and it is valid for 12 consecutive months.
• Cleanings must be completed before the end of the coverage date.
• Membership is limited to Moorehead Dentistry. If you must be referred to a specialist, discounts will not apply at that location.
• The 25% discount does not apply to electric toothbrushes, prescription toothpastes/rinses, fluoride, whitening gels, or take-home products.
• Discount does not apply to full-arch implant-supported restorations or orthodontics, including Invisalign®, Smile More, orthodontic appliances, and other orthodontic services.
• Membership fees or percentage discounts are subject to change annually.
• Procedure fees are subject to change at the office's discretion.
